A Transit Relay is a relay where participants go a certain route but only using public transit. Transit Relays in the works include:

A Transit Relay across the Greater Toronto Area from Oshawa to Hamilton.
The Great Canadian Transit Relay from St. John's to Victoria
The Great American Transit Relay from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C.
A Transit Relay replicating the route Phileas Fogg took around the world in 80 days, featuring potentially the first Blåhaj (as in IKEA's marketable plushie) to circumnavigate the world.
The Ultimate Transit Relay, connecting every sovereign state in the world with potentially the first Blåhaj to visit all 194 sovereign states.
